Ashley Romero is North Carolina-based coach and advocate who supports high achievers and promotes neurodiversity.

My Background
I’m an attorney-turned coach, mentor, and neurodiversity advocate. I use she/her pronouns. My story is rooted in lessons learned from burning out (twice) from large, corporate pressure-cooker environments and pivoting my work toward my values. Those lessons led me to create a nurturing, growth-focused space for authentic connection. Whether you’re defining and progressing toward professional goals, surviving a challenging season in life, or looking to understand neurodivergent brains, I’ll be there beside you with intuitive, practical ways to help you thrive.

I believe it’s never too late to start working toward a life where our actions and values live in harmony. As a late-identified ADHDer, my chief daily actions are building resiliency and restarting, which I could not do without the helping professionals and supportive community I have surrounded myself with.
Each of us deserves a team of trustworthy supporters, including you! We need friends, coaches, and mentors who ask the right questions, share insightful information, and help us resource ourselves as we seek harmony.
Can I fill an open space on your team? As a compassionate listener, someone who is comfortable in the uncomfortable space and understands your special brain and experience, a guide to help you explore your unique path toward thriving? Let’s find out together.
“Ashley employs both warm compassion and a sharp mind to help her clients live into their full potential with imagination and courage.”
