Confidante of high achievers. Champion for neurodiversity.
Service Offerings
-
Coaching
I create space for high-achieving professionals to access an understanding ear for their unique challenges and an experienced coach who sees their unique potential. Even the best-supported among us may still need someone to serve, educate, cheer, listen, and anticipate—someone to just be present without fixing. As a coach, I approach my clients knowing they have all the answers they need to achieve the big and small transformations they desire. I bring compassion and insights about neurodiversity, resilience, nervous systems, and much more to my clients as I guide them inward toward the answers they seek.
-
Attorney Mentoring
I see many well-intentioned mentors and mentee express frustration about and dissatisfaction with the realities of mentoring relationships. They struggle to find meaning and value in oft-involuntary relationships, especially when facing billing pressure, inadequate soft skills training, and fear of burdening similarly-situated colleagues and friends. I mentor attorneys in transactional and dispute-based practice areas, creating unique, confidential relationships to advise on everything from giving feedback to junior attorneys to navigating the emotional roller coaster of timekeeping.
-
ADHD Advocacy
I spent years in high-pressure corporate workplaces with undiagnosed or undisclosed ADHD, generalized anxiety, and depression. The result was suffering—for my physical and mental health, for my work product, for my teams. And I believe too many high achievers are needlessly suffering because of a gap in education about neurodiversity. I help teams and organizations understand and empower their neurodivergent employees and create workplaces that promote neurodiversity.

Customized Consulting
I believe in the power of a growth-mindset—and keeping website content short. Which means I simply could not capture on this page the interests, ideas, skills, and talents of my neurodivergent brain, which my brain can barely contain. If coaching, attorney mentoring, or ADHD advocacy aren’t quite what you’re looking for, a consulting relationship may be just right. Bring me your problem/question/idea, and let’s explore how to search for solutions together.
